Our process

From the first question to a checked, working change.

We establish the problem before proposing a scope. Analysis, recommendations and implementation are separate stages; delivery begins after you approve the proposal.

Let’s discuss your website

INITIAL REVIEW LOGIC

  1. Can it be found?Key pages, indexing, links
  2. Is it understood?Service, audience, evidence
  3. What happens next?Contact, obstacles, priorities
Define success before starting.

For example: a customer can find the relevant service and contact details, and important pages can be crawled. Traffic is considered alongside the quality of visits and enquiries.

  1. Discovery

We clarify your offer, intended audience and the problems you have observed. We separate what is known from what still needs checking.

You receive: A shared brief and a list of the information needed.

  2. Analysis

We examine relevant pages, technical constraints and the route to contact. Where access is provided, we compare observations with Search Console and analytics data.

You receive: Specific issues, affected pages and supporting evidence.

  3. Priorities

We order tasks by business relevance, dependencies and effort. A critical indexing problem may take priority over publishing another article.

You receive: The first actions to take and why they matter.

  4. Proposal

We define scope, responsibilities, required materials and how the work will be checked. Price and timing are agreed before implementation.

You receive: A clear proposal and acceptance criteria.

  5. Implementation

We work through the agreed plan. Structural, content and functional changes are reviewed before publication.

You receive: Materials or working changes ready for review.

  6. Verification

We check technical behaviour, links, mobile layouts and whether the work meets the brief. Publication is agreed separately.

You receive: A record of what was verified and any unresolved questions.

  7. Next actions

We track agreed indicators where the necessary access and data are available. A technical fix, a change in search visibility and a customer action are different outcomes.

You receive: A decision on what to continue, adjust or monitor.
